We Love Cannon Beach
Breaker's Point is perched at the edge of forest, mountains and waves on the silver-sanded beaches of the Pacific Ocean. It is surrounded by the jagged cliffs of Ecola Park, the rolling hills of the coastal range and a short walk to the charming village of Cannon Beach. We are a community of full time residents and those that wish they were.
Many homeowners have been dedicated Cannon Beach enthusiasts for three generations.

These are not merely second homes to residents. They are portals of solace and rejuvenation. One walk with your toes in the sand and salt air on your face brings joy and peace.
Where else can one gaze out their window and see mountains, wetlands, ocean, whales, monolithic stones, an iconic lighthouse and yes, even Roosevelt elk.

All units are only steps from this stunning stretch of beach. The location is Ideal for walking, clamming, surfing, fishing, crabbing and low tide explorations.
Is it any wonder that people from all over the world-travel here to visit? The difficult part is leaving. So why not make it a life plan to reside full or part time in this one-of-a-kind community?
