Breakers Point residents are generally long-time Cannon Beach enthusiasts.  Many of them have a history of family visits dating all the way back to the early 1900's .

There are 70 units at Breakers Point.  94% are owner occupied and 14% have been original owners for over 35 years!.  About 80% of homeowners have a primary home in the greater Portland area - just an hour or so from Cannon Beach.

The HOA, as well as individual homeowners, show support to local groups by donating time and funds to support the arts, business and non-profits in the Cannon Beach community.  Homeowners also support the great restaurants galleries, shops and live theater year round which are all within walking distance.
